Lisa (Kirchner) Uyder

Lisa Uyder, 59, of Novato, California, passed away on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, from complications of a hiatal hernia.   Lisa was born on April 20th, 1964, to Dwight and Karen Kirchner, in Wayne, Nebraska. After Lisa graduated high school, she went on to enter the Army, where she served our country from 1983 to 1986.   After completing her service, she started her career in Insurance and Hospice care.   In 1983, Lisa met Michael Whittaker while serving in the Army at the NATO Headquarters in Belgium. Lisa and Michael went on to have two children, Bronson and Lena.  In 2001, Lisa met Jason Uyder while working at Bankers Life & Casualty. They married on Christmas in December of 2003.   In 2020, Lisa retired and spent her time on cooking, traveling, and loving life with her family.   Lisa was predeceased by her father, Dwight. She is survived by her mother, Karen; her husband, Jason; her son, Bronson; her daughter, Lena; her two brothers, Kevin and Mark; her two sisters, Debra and Laurie; and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
